Random is our name but we are not a random company. Our approach is based on our individual expertise, an adaptable structure and a network of first-class resources that allow us to be more efficient and help our clients reach their goals. ricardo cardenas • Creative Director

With more than 20 years of experience in advertising, Ricardo’s work has garnered numerous awards including Cannes, San Sebastián, Communication Arts, the One Show, The New York Festivals, FIAP, London Festival, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and Círculo Creativo among others.

Ricardo has participated in creative workshops at D&AD London and the Cannes creative leaders program. He has judged at the Effie, Addy’s, The New York Festivals, Ojo de Iberoamérica and Círculo Creativo. He has also been speaker at international venues and has been featured in Communication arts, P&C, LatinSpots and other trade magazines.


For the past 20 years, Paula has worked in big and small ad agencies winning multiple creative awards. Although not quite as glamorous, she also has experience in academic research and web development.

After graduating from graphic design and communications she completed a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction research. She has been speaker at international HCI conferences and has many published papers on the topic. In addition, Paula has earned certificates in research methods, creative writing, molecular biology and data analytics.

Diane Dreyer • Account Director

Diane is a passionate and highly driven advertising and marketing professional with strong integrated marketing communication and team management skills. She's a high-energy, results-oriented leader with a creative spirit and entrepreneurial attitude.

Diane has managed brands in practically every marketing category from healthcare, financial services and packaged goods to travel and entertainment..

Theresa MIller • Media director

Theresa has more than 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing where she has worked in various leadership rolls on both Agency and Client side. She has an excellent track record of managing department teams and collaboration on new business.

Media buying and planning has been her strength and passion and she is well versed in digital, mobile, traditional and emerging media.
